Aveont Intern Programme
Our internship is not a trial run — it is a fully-fledged consulting experience. Interns are embedded in live client teams, own real deliverables, and are evaluated on the same rigorous standards as full-time hires. The best outcome for both sides is a return offer.
Who we look for:Â Penultimate-year students from any discipline with outstanding analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the drive to thrive in ambiguity. No consulting experience required.
- Assigned to a live client engagement from Week 1 with a dedicated coach and project manager
- Structured skills bootcamp covering structured problem solving, data analysis, and communication
- Mid-point and end-of-programme formal feedback sessions with a Principal or Partner
